These terms apply only when a parent, guardian, or adult dancer separately chooses to receive text messages from Serendipity Dance Co. Text permission is optional and is not required to enroll or purchase anything. Accepting the Studio Policies & Terms does not provide text-message consent.
Operational Texts
If you opt in to operational text messages, Serendipity may send recurring messages about accounts, enrollment, classes, schedule changes, closures, reminders, performances, and other studio operations.
Promotional Texts
If you separately opt in to promotional text messages, Serendipity may send recurring messages about events, special offers, new programs, and other studio promotions. Opting in to operational text messages does not opt you in to promotional messages.
Frequency, Charges, and Stopping Messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all Serendipity text messages to that mobile number. Reply HELP for help, call (805) 583-2623, or email info@serendipitydanceco.org. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your Number and Privacy
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. It is your responsibility to notify Serendipity if the number changes. Serendipity does not share mobile numbers, text opt-in data, or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers may receive this information only as needed to deliver and support Serendipity's text-message programs. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
